Stuart Smith, FCS, Inc. CFO, was named to the Dan River District (RDA) board on Wednesday, October 28, 2020. The RDA is comprised of a volunteer Board of Directors focused on the revitalization of the City of Danville and neighboring communities.

Smith joins new RDA board members Danielle DuCré, Major Gifts Officer at Chatham Hall; Shandi Gaylord, Director of Community Programs at Piedmont Access to Health Services; Andrew Herring, Pastor at West Main Baptist Church; and Emma Sellers, Executive Director of Corporate and Foundation Philanthropy at Averett University as a Member at Large.

RDA is committed to the Main Street Four-Point Approach. The methodology embraces organization, promotion, design, and economic restructuring.
